Artist Bob Anderson, passed away Sunday May 31st

Lanky, long necked, Silver Mopped, and Smiling, Bob was a spectacularly genuine being. Saintly sincere, down to earth, and yet seemingly from another world, Anderson will be missed and well remembered by all the hearts and minds he touched during his journey.

Bob Anderson, a staple Camper at Nohegan.
After wondering in search of a cabin full of friends, in the middle of the night, I emerged from the wooded Darkness and was greeted with a handshake and a smile from a gawky stranger named Bob. Clearly a high ranking member of my Karass, he handed plastic cup of High end Bourbon and invited me to play cards.

Rip Bob.
good night sweet prince
Once at a dBerman show,Bob took me to the back of gallery to show me one of his pieces. I loved it. So I told him that I had once been berated by an Art Teacher once for not drawing from life, he just chuckled and said that he always told his students to just make it up, and I haven’t looked back. Thanks Bob.
